An Alumnus of IIT BHU with a degree in Chemical Engineering & a Diploma in Management Studies from Bombay University, Shiva is a manufacturing leader, with 38 years’ experience in Operations, Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain. Some of the organizations he has worked in are Eternis Fine Chemicals, Owens Corning, Hindustan Unilever & Reliance Industries. Shiva has held regional roles at the Asia Pacific level in Operations & Supply Chain.

Shiva advocates a beautiful philosophy called – Repurposing Privilege. As an active philanthropist, armed with an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Psychology, he is presently associated with Prafulta Institute (Mumbai) to conduct sessions on Emotional Development in various schools in Mumbai. He is on the panel of the Coaching Foundation of India (CFI) and conducts executive coaching programs.

As an Advisory Director with TAF, he is a source of encouragement & support, guiding the executive team through strategic inputs. He is a multi-linguist, an avid quizzer and has recently started learning to play the tabla.
